UNIFORM FEE: – 

UNIFORMS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE FEES - ALL VA REIGN PLAYERS WILL NEED TO PURCHASE THE NEW UNIFORM PACKAGE FOR 2024/25 - THIS PACKAGE WILL LAST THROUGH THE 2025/26 SEASONS. THE COST OF THE UNIFORM PACKAGE IS APPROX. $265 DEPENDING ON SIZE (Youth vs. Adult)

Payment 2 -  June 1 - Approx 50% of Total Fee
Payment 2 – July 1 - Half of Remaining Balance

PAYMENT OPTION 3 

8 Equal Payments - (June - January)

If you are interested in our extended payment plan option, the total fee will be broken down into 8 equal payments beginning at online acceptance.  Players will make a 50$ deposit upon acceptance in May.  The remaining fee will be issued in 8 payments from June 2024 to January 2025. Please note that if you choose the extended payment plan, you will be required to enter your credit card online into the system and it will issue a direct withdrawal through a checking or savings account on the 15th day of the month.  Withdrawals will be done automatically and not through the office administration.

The Virginia Reign FC is a non - profit organization that strives to provide a quality soccer program to any youth who wishes to play. We are pleased to be able to offer both full and partial financial assistance for the player fees, however any financial assistance granted will not include costs associated with uniforms or travel expenses. REFUND POLICY

THE VIRGINIA REIGN FC HAS ESTABLISHED A REFUND PERIOD POLICY AS FOLLOWS:

• ANY PLAYER WISHING NOT TO PARTICIPATE FOR THE SEASON FROM JUNE 1  – JUNE 17TH WILL RECEIVE ALL MONIES PAID, EXCEPT A NON-REFUNDABLE $300 ADMINISTRATIVE FEE . 
• ANY PLAYER WISHING NOT TO PARTICIPATE FOR THE SEASON FROM JUNE 18TH – JULY 1ST WILL RECEIVE ALL MONIES PAID, EXCEPT A NON-REFUNDABLE $500 ADMINISTRATIVE/ PROGRAMS FEE.
• ANY PLAYER WISHING NOT TO PARTICIPATE FOR THE SEASON FROM JULY 2ND – JULY 29TH WILL RECEIVE ALL MONIES PAID, EXCEPT A NON-REFUNDABLE $650 ADMINISTRATIVE/PROGRAMS FEE.

• VIRGINIA REIGN FC HAS A POLICY OF NO REFUNDS FOR PLAYERS/FAMILIES FOR (2024/2025) THAT DECIDE THEY DO NOT WANT TO PLAY AFTER JULY 29TH.
   
• INJURED PLAYERS WITH SEASON ENDING INJURIES CAN PROVIDE DOCUMENTATION AND SEND A WRITTEN REQUEST TO THE OFFICE OR DIRECTOR FOR POSSIBLE REFUNDS/PRORATION. DUE TO VARYING CIRCUMSTANCES ALL INJURIES ARE VIEWED ON CASE BY CASE BASIS AND NO REFUND OR FUTURE CREDIT IS GUARANTEED.
