Summer 2024 Reign FC Girls Training Program

This new Reign FC Summer Academy training program is designed to give our girls a platform to continue to train in a highly competitive environment during the traditional “down” months of the summer.  This program is geared towards those players who are looking to stay sharp technically, mentally, and physically over the summer.  With an emphasis on improving the player’s technical ability under time and pressure, the focus will be on the players’ ability to solve game like situations at game speed.  This is an individual based training program - not team based.

This is for girls born 2016 to 2007

The groups will train 2 times a week starting in June and run for 5 weeks. Training times will be at 5:30pm or 7:00pm

2015 and 2016 Girls (5:30pm)
2014 and 2013 Girls (7:00pm)
2011 and 2012 Girls (5:30pm)
2010, 09, 08, 07 Girls (7:00pm)

Sarah O'Reilly - USSF ‘C’ License, Multiple years of coaching experience with Legacy, Former Club coach for Virginia Rush & Vienna - Current 2010 and 11 Elite Girls Coach at Reign
Brent Trainum - USSF 'D' License, USC Regional Diploma, Former CNU Player, 20+ Years Club coaching with Virginia Legacy and Reign FC - Current 2007 Girls Elite Coach

2010, 09, 08, 07 Girls - June 18, 19, 25, 26 July 9, 10, 16, 17, 23, 24

*Note - No training July 4 *
Training will take place at Warhill Sports Complex Turf

U15 - U18 Girls - 7:00pm - 8:15pm (Marcum)
