Virginia Reign FC Youth Academy
The VA Reign FC Youth Academy (U6-U10) is the transition stage between a player on the recreational side and the travel side. This player-centric program offers our younger players the opportunity to be exposed to a more focused soccer environment that will enhance their skills and approach to the game.
The objective of the Reign's Youth Academy is to provide our youngest players with an environment that promotes learning, creative thinking, problem solving, skill development and love for the game in an age appropriate soccer environment.
The Reign FC Youth Academy is currently for female players born in 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019

WILLIAMSBURG ACADEMY - Season Practice start: March 11th (Tuesday) - End Practice Date: May 15th (Thursday)

Class 1: Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30-7:30 (2019 and 2018 ages only)
Class 2: Wednesday 6:30-7:30 and Thursday 5:30-6:30 (2019 and 2018 ages only)
Williamsburg 2017/2016/2015 Birth Year - Options:
Class 1: Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30-7:30 (2017, 2016, 2015 Ages)
Class 2: Wednesday 6:30-7:30 and Thursday 5:30-6:30 (2017, 2016, 2015 Ages)
Peninsula 2016/2017/2018/2019 Birth Year - Options:
Mondays - 5:30-6:30pm - All Ages - Hines Middle
All Games - for both locations - will be on Saturday mornings at Warhill Sports Complex - 11:30am - 1:30pm
8 in house Game Dates:
March 15, 22, 29, April 5, 19, May 3, 10, 17
*No training April 7-11th for Spring Break
** No games April 12th and 26th

Girls Youth Academy players will participate in smaller sided games, under differing conditions, that will promote the qualities that we look for in our youth players. By allowing for more touches on the ball, more creativity with the ball, more individual problem solving in the game environment, players are provided with a greater opportunity for successful development.
While competitiveness is an integral part of the game, the main goal is the technical and individual development of our players. The staff's primary focus is to ensure that our young players have a strong foundation in the basic soccer movements and soccer concepts that they can build on as they grow as players.
Players are allowed to participate on a seasonal basis.
FALL + SPRING | The cost per season is $215 per season (Fall and Spring) Included in the cost is training 2 times a week + 8 Games
*Not included in the fee is a one time purchase of a uniform kit required to be worn at all practices and games. These uniforms will be used during your entire time with the program.

NEW UNIFORM PROCESS: All Girls Youth Academy members participating in FALL OR SPRING SEASONS will be required to purchase a separate uniform package via soccer.com for any Fall or Spring season (No uniform requirement during Summer/Winter.) The new uniform package contains two required items (White and Black Jerseys). Waiting to register/order may result in delayed delivery. The uniform package will be a one-time purchase for all families and will be used each season they are within the Girls Youth Academy program.
All male players born in 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 are encouraged to check out the youth programs at our partner clubs (Tidewater Sharks and Virginia Legacy Soccer) Links are provided below to each clubs youth page for U6-U10 boys players.
